Our Policies

A courtesy confirmation and reminder text will be sent out 24 hours before the appointment booked. If you cannot make it to your scheduled appointment, we kindly request a 24-hour notice. If you cancel your appointment after the 24-hour window, you will be charged for 50% of the service(s) booked. If you are a no show, you will owe 100% of the service(s) booked and will not be allowed to reschedule until all of these fees are paid.

Cancellation

As much as we love children, The Social A Salon is a kid-free environment. Please do not bring any extra guests to your appointment unless they are being serviced.

Children + Guests

Your time and appointments are valuable to us, so please respect ours and other guests. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, there is a possibility we will not be able to service you and will be asked to reschedule. You will be charged 50% of your scheduled appointment if the service cannot be rendered. We do understand we also may not be on time and will give you plenty of notice to make any adjustments.

Late Arrivals

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without contacting the salon or your artist to cancel before the 24-hour notice period, you will be subject to paying the total amount of the booked appointment. Clients who fail to pay the full-service amount cannot rebook until fees are paid in full. We understand things happen that are out of your control and will take that into consideration if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment.
