Ever since 2016, I have been passionate about the hair industry, perfecting my craft, and educating others with all that I’ve learned along the way. Through my schooling at Swofford Career Center and the countless hours of professional development since obtaining my cosmetology license, I have realized the great need for hands-on and virtual, personal education for artists in this industry. Therefore, I’ve curated a variety of classes that target specific aspects of growing your business and honing your craft behind the chair. I hope you enjoy these classes as much as I’ve enjoyed creating and teaching them.

Being behind the chair so young and coming out with no clientele I had no choice but to promote myself and try to get people in my chair. I felt very unprepared my first several months behind the chair and then it dawned on me the massive need for education in this industry. 

I have traveled to several schools within my county educating the cosmetology students on several topics I felt would prepare them for their first year in this industry. After 5 years of educating and building my following, I decided to offer my education services to other fellow hairstylists all around the world.    

Meeting all of you and seeing the impact I am having on the beauty industry is what fuels my fire. I can assure you I see every single message, comment, and post. There is nothing more rewarding to me than to see my education having such a positive impact on your income. Our courses are designed for stylists of all ranges who are eager to elevate, learn, and understand their craft behind hair. Weather you just entered into the industry or have been practicing for 10+ years, The Social Seminar is for all levels of expirence.
We prohibit shared use and salon accounts will not be accepted. personal/business Instagram accounts ONLY. We recommend that each stylist has their own membership.

How often will videos be posted?

Due to The Social Seminar being a one time payment, lifetime access, the first two years you will have access to 12 long form videos a year. After year two video postings will become slower. You are guaranteed to get your moneys with within the first 3 months of purchase.
If you are discouraged about what your next step should be in this industry or feel like you can't go anymore because of how discouraged you are, I encourage you to read The Story - part 1. THE STORY- PART 1

Get ready to dive into a day of learning and fun as you shadow Carson in a one-on-one experience, where she takes you along on a typical day behind the chair. You'll have the opportunity to learn her go-to color techniques, get a behind-the-scenes look at social media, and discover how to build a business that truly allows you to have financial freedom.

Shadow days are a great opportunity for you to ask all the questions you've been unsure of and get a close up look of what it looks like to work behind the chair in real time on clients. Shadow day tickets include a notebook, manual, and lunch. Student will be allowed to take videos and pictures during the duration of this shadow day. 

THE SOCIAL SHADOW

Standing behind the chair and servicing clients at first can be so scary, but it doesn't have to be. Join me for this in person hands-on education class where we will dive deep into color placement, pricing, and all things business.

You can expect to leave this class feeling more confident in your color placement and understanding of the business you're about to step into. This class can be one-on-one or a group of 3 or less.

Join me for an exciting in-person, hands-on event where we'll dive into the world of beaded row extensions! Behind the Bead is an in person education class not only to help you understand the install process of extension but also everything that goes into offering this service. There are so many methods out there and this gives you the freedom to not be tied down to just one. I will teach you the technique I use on my extension clients often. Knowing the basics of installing a beaded extension will increase your income behind the chair and give you more financial freedom. Understanding how to install a solid foundation will lead to the perfect stitch. Let me help you achieve financial freedom behind the chair one bead at a time. This in-person, hands-on extension class will help you elevate your service menu behind the chair, allow you to be more confident with your installs, and give you hands-on practice.
